Abstract

The outstanding economic records of developed Asian nations became possible just because of performance of their

 

human resource. The main objective of this study is to find the significant relationship and impact of important

 

factors of human resource development in Pakistan. A questionnaire comprised of 44-items of the eight variables

 

retained in this study (i.e. Poverty, Social Justice, Good Governance, Health, Population Management, Technical

 

Training & Education, Literacy & Education and Human Resource Development). The population was the managers

 

and experts of Public Sector Organizations of Pakistan. The sample size was of 173 respondents of Pakistani Public

 

Sector Organizations. Descriptive statistics and regression analysis was applied to find the importance and

 

significant relationship of the independent variables with dependent variable i.e. Human Resource Development.

 

Technical Training, Literacy & Education, Poverty alleviation, Social Justice has significant relationship with the

 

Human Resource Development.
